As Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Seth oversees Financial Planning and Analysis and the broader Finance Leadership Team.

Seth Haight serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Land O’Lakes, Inc., overseeing Financial Planning and Analysis and the broader Finance Leadership Team. He joined Land O’Lakes in 2018 as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer and has since expanded his leadership to include Treasury, Credit, Tax, Risk, Corporate FP&A, and the Land O’Lakes Finance Company.

Before Land O’Lakes, Seth built his career across agriculture, finance, and consulting with roles at Patterson Companies and Cargill, plus more than a decade at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Minneapolis and Stuttgart, Germany.

A certified public accountant, Seth holds a B.S. in Accounting and Management Information Systems from the University of Iowa. Growing up in an Iowa farming community continues to influence his passion for agriculture and the work he does today.
