Kyle Maple

SVP, International

As Senior Vice President, International, Kyle Maple oversees Land O’Lakes’ business operations across key global markets. In this role, he is responsible for advancing the cooperative’s international growth strategy, strengthening global partnerships, and scaling business platforms to deliver long-term value for members and customers. 

Kyle brings deep experience across domestic and international crop inputs with seed, crop nutrition and crop protection markets. He has spent nearly 20 years at Land O’Lakes, most recently serving as Vice President of Ag Business Alliances, where he led the Crop Nutrients and Omnium businesses, as well as the Retail Growth Services team. He previously held leadership roles within WinField United, including Vice President of Strategic Alliance and Procurement, where he oversaw domestic and international supplier partnerships to strengthen supply and cost positions, and led marketing and P&L oversight of the seed division. 

Over his career, Kyle has held progressive leadership positions across sales, finance and marketing functions at American Cyanamid, Monsanto and Bayer, bringing broad operational and strategic experience to his work.
