Kevin Schluender

SVP & General Counsel

Kevin Schluender is Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Land O’Lakes, Inc., where he provides legal counsel to Land O’Lakes leadership and the Board of Directors on company strategy, corporate governance, and corporate compliance.

In addition to leading the Law Department, Kevin oversees the Global Security and Community Impact teams.

With more than two decades of experience at Land O’Lakes, Kevin has held a wide range of roles of increasing leadership across the cooperative, including Deputy General Counsel, Divisional Counsel, Director of Ingredient Merchandising, and Vice President and General Manager of the Nutra Blend business. He has also represented the company through previous service on the American Feed Industry Association board.

Kevin's leadership extends into the community through his work on the boards of the Land O’Lakes Foundation and Gillette Children’s Hospital.

He graduated with a degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and received a law degree and an MBA from the University of Minnesota.
