Andy Braunshausen

He oversees strategic supplier relationships and growth initiatives that support the success of WinField United's retail owners and help position them for long-term growth. Andy leads a collaborative alliance of agricultural retailers focused on strengthening and expanding the federated ag retail system.
Prior to his current role, Andy held leadership positions across WinField United and the Dairy Foods business, where he helped drive growth, innovation and market leadership. Before joining Land O’Lakes, he spent 11 years in marketing and general management leadership roles at Procter & Gamble, managing global consumer brands and beginning his career as a manufacturing engineer.
Andy earned an MBA from the University of Iowa Tippie College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University.
