It's officially Pumpkin Spice Latte (and Pumpkin Pie Spice Butter) season — which also means it's Fall Recruiting Season for Land O'Lakes! And applications are open for Summer 2026 internships. Here's a quick guide to what you need to know about internships at Land O'Lakes.
How to apply & what you’ll gain from our (award-winning) internships
Our internships typically last 10–12 weeks. You can work in our Arden Hills, Minnesota, headquarters (in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area), or at one of over 100 locations nationwide. Many of these internships offer relocation assistance, too.
Our interns gain direct business and industry acumen, while developing professional skills.
We offer paid internships for undergraduate students and graduate students and also have full-time options for graduating students.
Our interns have opportunities to network across our company, to drive a hands-on business project over the summer and, most importantly, the chance to grow their skillsets for future career opportunities. That means you’ll get to gain direct business and industry acumen, develop professional skills and build your community.
