Leah Anderson serves as Senior Vice President of Land O’Lakes, Inc. and President of its crop inputs and insights business, WinField United. In this role, she sets the strategic direction for the business focused on making our retail-owners’ the hero at the farmgate through the delivery of innovative products, services and insights that support the profitability, productivity and sustainability of every acre our system touches.
 
Before her current position, Leah held several leadership positions within WinField United including Vice President of Commercial Sales and New Markets, and Vice President of the Crop Protection organization and P&L.  Prior to that, she served in a number of senior roles across Land O’Lakes including Vice President, Member Relations, and Vice President, Information Technology.
