DIRECT DONATIONS

Direct member donations may be made on behalf of a member to qualifying tax exempt 501(c)(3) organizations in the form of dollars or a Land O’Lakes dairy product donation. Donations may only be used in cases where Direct Member Matches are not applicable. Complete and submit an application below with the requested amount for review. Approval or denial notifications will be communicated via email. Please allow 4-6 weeks response time on all donation requests.
