At Land O’Lakes, our identity is rooted in our history as a 103-year-old cooperative, and we see the power and value of our system each day. The cooperative model strengthens local economies and bolsters the livelihoods of countless families across rural communities.     
One primary benefit of the cooperative system is working together to advance shared policy goals in support of our businesses, industries and communities. We do this by combining the national brand recognition of our businesses with the local leadership of our farmer and ag retail-owners to maximize our impact.
