The member portal is your new one-stop-shop for all information related to the cooperative and your operation. This self-service channel will allow you to access relevant and valuable information, on your own time, helping you stay informed and engaged, your way.
As we work to take on the challenges that lie ahead, maintaining transparent, open and effective lines of communication is a critical component of our mutual success and growth. We know this is a two-way street, which is why we requested your feedback via last year’s Member Communications Audit.
You clearly expressed a desire for more substantial and transparent information, especially about the business, market updates and industry alerts. This member portal is a secure communication channel that will allow us to more effectively deliver the information you value most.
How do I access the portal?
To access the portal, click here and log in using your Business Link ID and password. These are the same credentials you would use to access other applications such as MPOL and Marketplace. Watch this video for a demonstration on how to log in.
Who has access to the Portal?
Dairy Members whose names are on the Milk Marketing Agreement.
Ag Owners whose roles are not employee or BOD (local coop BOD).
Land O'Lakes employees who work directly with Member-Owners.
I don’t have a Business Link. How do I get one?
You can register for a Business Link ID here. Select Member-Owner on the customer registration home page and enter in your personal information from there. For a walkthrough on creating a Business Link ID, read this document. You can also register or reset your username/password on the member portal sign-in page. Access may take a few business days to be granted.

What is the difference between this and the member website that I normally go to?
The current member website (landolakesinc.com/members, the website you are reading this article on) is a public facing website that will mostly house news articles. All operational, member business/service and confidential information will be moved to the member portal (members.landolakesinc.com).
Why can’t this information be sent in an email?We will continue to use email as an essential information-sharing channel. We will be using the portal to direct you towards more detailed information, links to videos or event information. The portal can be viewed as an additional channel to email. Think of email as the first-line communication with all the need-to-know information and the portal as additional and value-added details.
