We’d like to welcome our newly elected and re-elected members of the Land O’Lakes Corporate Board of Directors who were officially confirmed at this month’s Annual Meeting. 
Paul Schweiger represents Region 1 and is a seventh-generation producer who owns and operates Schweiger Farms LLC with his wife in Hillsboro, Wisconsin. His experience includes serving 10 years on the Corporate Board in conjunction with 3 years as Chairman of the Operations Committee and 3 years as a member of the executive committee.
Carl Dickinson represents Region 2 and is the President and CEO of Central Valley Ag Cooperative, which handles grain, agronomy, feed and energy in Nebraska, Iowa and Kansas. Carl has served on the Land O’Lakes Regional Council for many years and has served on the Board of Directors since 2020. 
Ross Plumberg represents Region 3 and owns and operates MRP Farms LLC, a grain farming operation including corn and soybeans in Vermillion, Kansas. Prior to joining the Land O’Lakes Board of Directors, Ross served on the Land O’Lakes Regional Council for Region 3 for two years. 
Chris Sukalski represents Region 60 and is a partner and dairy manager at Reiland Farms LLP in LeRoy, Minnesota. She has served at the national level of the dairy checkoff since 2012 as part of the Dairy Management Inc. board. She has also been involved in Land O’Lakes Regional councils in various roles.
Josh Zonneveld, newly elected, represents Region 80 and helps run Zonneveld Dairies, a third-generation family business in Laton, California. He is the current Board Chair for the California Dairy Research Foundation and has been involved in Land O’Lakes Regional councils in various roles.
